Terms of Service

Effective: April 17, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of the customer/staff portal and mobile application "atref" (the "Service") provided by AT HVAC-R Co., Ltd. ("Company"). The Korean language version of these Terms shall prevail in case of any conflict with this translation.

1. Purpose

These Terms govern the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the Company and the user regarding the use of the Service, and set forth the conditions and procedures for its use.

2. Definitions

a. "Service" refers to all features provided through the website and atref mobile application, including customer project tracking, electronic signatures, and administrative document management. b. "User" refers to customers and Company representatives (administrators) who use the Service under these Terms. c. "Account" refers to the email and password registered by the user to use the Service. d. "Electronic signature" refers to a signature electronically created by the user on completion notes or other documents via the atref application.

3. Effectiveness and Amendment

① These Terms apply to all users who wish to use the Service. ② The Company may amend these Terms within the scope of applicable laws, with notice provided at least 7 days before the effective date. ③ Users who do not agree to amended Terms may discontinue use of the Service and request account termination.

4. Service Provision and Changes

① The Company provides the following Service: - Project status tracking - Review and electronic signing of completion notes and other documents - Administrative document creation and management - Other supplementary services as determined by the Company ② The Company may modify Service content as operationally or technically necessary, with prior notice. ③ Service may be temporarily suspended due to regular maintenance or system upgrades.

5. User Obligations

Users shall not: a. Misappropriate others' accounts or authentication credentials. b. Interfere with Service operations or other users' use of the Service. c. Use the Service for commercial purposes without the Company's prior consent. d. Attempt unauthorized modification or deletion of Service data. e. Engage in any conduct contrary to applicable laws, public morals, or social norms.

6. Company Obligations

① The Company shall not engage in any activity prohibited by applicable laws or these Terms, and shall make best efforts to provide continuous and stable Service. ② The Company shall protect user personal information in accordance with a separate Privacy Policy. ③ The Company shall promptly address any reasonable user complaints regarding Service use.

7. Legal Effect of Electronic Signatures

① Electronic signatures submitted via the atref application have the same legal effect as a seal under Article 3 of the Electronic Signature Act of Korea. ② Upon signature submission, the Company records the following audit information to preserve document integrity: - Signer account identifier (uid) - Document hash at signing time (SHA-256) - Server-side timestamp - Device information and User-Agent ③ Signed documents cannot be modified or deleted. Audit records maintained by the Company shall serve as evidence in case of dispute. ④ Users must thoroughly review document content before signing. Any objection raised after signing is the sole responsibility of the signer.

8. Intellectual Property

① All intellectual property rights in the Service and its content (document templates, UI, logos, trademarks, etc.) belong to the Company. ② Users shall not copy, transmit, distribute, or publish the Service or its content without the Company's prior written consent. ③ Documents, comments, and photos submitted by users through the Service shall be used only for the purpose of managing the relevant project.

9. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

① The Company is not liable for Service interruptions due to force majeure including natural disasters, war, telecommunications service outages, or power failures. ② The Company is not liable for Service difficulties due to user fault. ③ The Company is not liable for expected profits lost or incidental damages incurred through use of the Service. ④ The Company shall be liable within the scope of applicable laws for damages caused by the Company's intent or gross negligence.

10. Dispute Resolution and Jurisdiction

① Disputes between the Company and users regarding Service use shall be resolved through mutual consultation. ② If consultation fails, the competent court shall be the court of the Company's headquarters location. ③ The Korean language version of these Terms shall prevail in interpretation.
